Health E Strategies Intern: Terence Phillips II, a native of Decatur, Georgia and a seasoned US Army combat veteran with over 20 years of active-duty service, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychiatry from Ashford University and currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion from Liberty University. Passionate about mental health advocacy, particularly for black servicemen, Mr. Phillips is also a devoted husband, father, and active community member dedicated to serving and empowering the youth in his community.
