At Health E Strategies (HES), we partner with clients to plan, develop, implement, and communicate public and community health strategies. Our goal is to advance population health and social equity by addressing social determinants of health through evidence-based programs and initiatives.
HES conducts strategic equity-driven research, engages in practical programming, and fosters collaboration among community-based organizations and stakeholders. These strategies increase efforts and engagement within underserved and underrepresented communities.
Taiwanna Billups is a high-performing Healthcare Leader with 20+ years of experience within the private and government healthcare sector and currently seeking a PhD in Population Health Sciences – Applied Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
Taiwanna received a B.S. in Mathematics from Wofford College, an MBA/MHA from Georgia State University and is a certified PMP.
Dr. Taquina Davis comes to Health E Strategies with over 15+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to partner with multiple sectors effectively, including managing and assisting with advocacy, health and racial equity, community engagement, and health care delivery.
Taquina has her MA in Health & Wellness with a concentration in alternative medicine and her Ph.D. in Health Education & Promotion and is a certified health education specialist (CHES). Additionally, she is an adjunct professor in the School of Health Sciences Department for Purdue University Global.
